Today's mom talk - A typical day.
Good evening, let me start with introducing myself first. my name is Cacee but I prefer to go by Nikki. I am 24, and I have 3 amazing children. I have been married for a whole year to a man who acts like my fourth child. anyways, I have a 7 year old, Connor. 3 year old, Cody; and my 3 month old girl. Roselynn.
I live in a small town in our little 3 bedroom apartment. I stay home all day with the kids, Take the boys back and forth to school. my husband works nights at a chicken place and my only work is tending to the kids and the house, and during the day I will do some delivery orders to make a bit of money to get the bills paid. I love watching tv and reading books. Im into allot of horror, drama and some romance. My current read is Catching Fire. The Hunger Games series. I have two cats. my white one I just call Kitty, she goes in and out, never just stays inside. Then my grey one stays inside. I really just call him Cat but he will answer to BigMac lol.
I do most of the cooking and cleaning at home. I don't cook everyday but when I do, it can be a hassle. My husband and kids are very picky eaters so it can be hell getting them to even try my cooking. but I can promise everything I make is one hell of a meal. Keeping both boys under control all while breastfeeding the little one is allot of work. My husband thinks I have it easy and I don't do nothing but sit on my butt all day... most definitely wrong. The boys are wild and drive me absolutely crazy and breastfeeding can be very hard on me some days but I love every minute of it.
As soon as the boys get home from school its automatically the game or the tv... Connor goes straight to the ps5 for either call of duty or GTA5 lol. Cody goes for the tv, and is into something called sprunkis. don't ask because I've got no idea what that is haha. about that time my husband is leaving for work. leaving me home alone with these monsters. 😂 kidding... they can be very sweet when they want to, sometimes. They like to fight and can be very mean to each other and I have to continuously get onto them for it but they do love their little sister!
I've started trying to get them in control by starting a system where I set a timer for an hour as soon as they get on their devices. as soon as that timer goes off; I make them get up and each do a chore to earn more time on their timer and they seem to enjoy it. I think it's working out a bit. helping to teach them responsibility, and that things in life have to be earned. Not given.
I am very new to the whole blog thing but make sure you follow to continue to hear more from me!
